I made this vellum shade for todays Try a New Technique. We were to make it out of vellum cs and then decorate it anyway we wanted to. I stamped snowflakes with versamark all over it and then used heat and stick powder and then sprinkled MS Sugar Coating - swimming pool glitter. Cut leaves out of glitter paper and then attached them along the top. Added the ric rac ribbon around the top and bottom and then added the bows with bells (which were earrings.) This one has a candle that's battery operated. These are very elegant looking and would make wonderful table decorations.
